Apartment buildings and complexes
Common area cleaning — regular and accountable.
Stairwells, the entrance, lifts and the car park need the same care every week. Once the number of floors and the frequency are known, the monthly figure is clear too — so we agree the scope on WhatsApp and fix a schedule.
Asking for a quote before the management meeting commits you to nothing.
Every PRO passes identity and experience checks; on a fixed schedule the same person who knows the building returns.

What the scope covers
A standard common-area schedule covers these. We can trim or extend it for your building.
- Stairs and landings
- Sweeping, mopping and handrails — scaled to the floor count
- Entrance and lobby
- Floor, glass door, letterboxes and any seating area
- Lift
- Cabin floor, mirror and button panel
- Car park and outdoor
- Sweeping and litter collection; added on request
How it works
Describe the building
Floor count, number of flats, whether there is a lift, and days per week.
Get the monthly figure
Once the scope is clear we send the monthly amount in writing — one number you can take to the management meeting.
Start the schedule
The day and time are fixed and a vetted PRO is assigned. Any change to the schedule is flagged in advance.
Common questions
How is common area cleaning priced?
Mainly by floor count, the areas included and the weekly frequency. Extras such as a lift, car park or garden are discussed separately. One monthly figure is shared once the scope is agreed.
How many days a week?
Two or three days is the common pattern. Low-rise buildings often manage with one; busy complexes usually want more. We set it together based on use.
Who provides the materials?
Either works. Most buildings supply their own and buy in bulk, which is cheaper; if you prefer, the PRO brings theirs.
Is it the same person each time?
On a fixed schedule, yes — continuity makes the work both faster and more consistent. If someone has to cover, they are briefed on the schedule first.
Can you invoice the building management?
We settle invoicing in the WhatsApp conversation; it can be issued to the building management or the complex operator.
Why can't I book this in the app?
The in-app flow prices a one-off home clean by the hour. Common-area work needs a recurring schedule and a scope specific to the building, so an accurate figure only exists once those are discussed.
