Choose hours and frequency
Plan your first clean at least 48 hours ahead. For twice-weekly cleaning, choose a second day and time too.
Pay for your first visit
Check the total and chosen card, then pay for your first visit with bank verification.
Manage upcoming visits
Pay for each visit separately. Charging for future visits begins 24 hours before arrival. With your permission, the approved amount is taken from your selected saved card.

- Reschedule, skip, pause or cancel with at least 24 hours before the affected visit. Contact support for a visit closer than that.
- Extras belong to the first visit
- Your selected extras apply to the first visit only. Your materials preference continues for later visits. Extras and materials are priced separately from the subscription discount.
- Pay for each visit
- There is no monthly lump-sum charge. Check your saved card and upcoming visits in your account. Price increases need your approval.
- Know who is coming
- We assign an available cleaner after your first payment. Having the same cleaner each time depends on their availability.

The plan comparison is an estimate for your selected city and hours. It includes VAT and the service fee, but excludes materials, extras and coupons. Your address, cleaning scope, cleaner pricing and eligible coupons may change the total. You see the final amount before paying.

How does a cleaning subscription save money?
The plan currently available for your city and frequency discounts the core cleaning price. See the current percentage above. Materials and extras are excluded; the final total appears during booking.
Do I pay for the whole month upfront?
No. Pay for the first visit when you book. Charging for future visits begins 24 hours before arrival; each approved amount is taken separately from your selected saved card. Give permission for recurring card payments in the same checkout.
Can I stop when I need to?
There is no minimum commitment. Pause or cancel from your account. To change or cancel an upcoming visit, there must be at least 24 hours left before it starts.
How often can I book cleaning?
The current frequencies are every two weeks, weekly and twice weekly. Only those open in your city appear. Twice weekly means two different weekdays; it does not mean every two days.
What changes from a one-off booking?
You use the same cleaning options and checkout. A regular plan adds your visit frequency, future visit dates, plan discount and selected card for you to review before paying.
