Common questions
How is office cleaning priced?
Three things decide it: the area to be cleaned, how often, and at what hours. Working outside business hours or at weekends needs different planning for the same space. One figure is shared once the scope is agreed.
Do I have to commit to a recurring contract?
No. One-off cleans are fine. The advantage of a recurring schedule is that the same team gets to know the office, so you are not explaining it again each time.
Who provides the cleaning materials?
Either works — say which you prefer up front. Materials brought by the PRO are reflected in the price; keeping them on site lets you use your own products.
Can the work happen outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend work is a common request; just mention it when planning.
Do you invoice businesses?
We settle invoicing details in the WhatsApp conversation — send your company tax details and we'll handle it.
Why can't I book this in the app?
The in-app flow prices home cleaning by the hour. Office area and frequency vary too much for that model, so an accurate price only exists once the scope is discussed — which is why this service is planned over WhatsApp.
