What is included in a home cleaning?

The scope depends on the hours and extra tasks offered during booking. Review the available extras and the total before you pay.

How is home cleaning priced?

Pricing follows the hours you pick and any extras you add. You see the total before confirming — no hidden fees at the door.

Can I pay cash for home cleaning?

When cash is offered during booking, pay the professional after the job is complete. You can also choose secure card payment through iyzico. The payment step shows the methods offered for your address.

Are cleaning supplies included?

If this service offers supplies as an option, its description and price appear during booking. Contact support before booking if you need specific supplies.

Can I book recurring cleaning?

You can currently make a separate booking for each visit. Automatic weekly or monthly subscriptions are not available yet.

How are cleaning PROs checked?

PROs pass identity verification, experience checks and service-quality review before joining Hizmoo.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel more than 12 hours before the appointment for a full refund; later cancellations carry a graduated deduction. Details are on the Delivery and Return Conditions page.

What if I am not satisfied?

Contact support within 48 hours of completion. We review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a free re-service or a partial/full refund.
